Client Care Representatives
Deb, Client Care Representative
I was raised in North Carolina. I have owned animals for about 30 years, and for 20 of those years I also boarded horses. I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Math, and worked as a programmer/analyst for about 20 years.
I wanted a job where I would be helping people and animals, and I enjoy learning about veterinary medicine. I was thrilled when I was offered the job here at Falconbridge. Some of my favorite duties include maintaining the client education handouts and assisting clients whenever necessary.
My husband is an engineer and a private pilot, and our son is in college for aviation. We have 2 horses, 3 dogs and 4 cats. I enjoy horseback riding when I can, taking piano lessons, and quilting and crocheting.
Nicole, Client Care Representative
I grew up in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida until I was 15, when my family moved to Raleigh. I have always loved interacting with pets and with their owners.
My first job at a veterinary clinic was as a Kennel Technician. I enjoyed caring for the pets and meeting their owners. I also had the opportunity to learn the duties in reception. I discovered how much fun it was to make clients and patients feel welcome when they came in the door, and helping clients when they call on the phone. I was thrilled when a Client Care Representative position became available at Falconbridge! Being a team member is another one of the benefits of my job.
I have a twin sister who loves playing soccer. She has a boxer named Annie and a Cane Corso Mastiff named King. I have a husky mix, Riley, who loves to fetch and give hugs. I also ride Motocross and love hockey. The Pittsburgh Penguins are my favorite hockey team, and Duke is my college team!
Some of our Client Care Representatives are shy writing about themselves!
When you come to visit, you are likely to find Erin, April, and Lisa hard at work!
